CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Notice:

A 48-hour business notice is required for all appointment cancellations. Failure to provide this notice will result in a cancellation fee of $60.

Payment Processing Fee:

A 3% processing fee will be applied to all credit and debit card payments. Cash and checks are not subject to this fee.

Billing Statements:

Effective November 1, 2023, all billing statements will be sent electronically via email. If you prefer to receive a mailed statement, please contact our office to make arrangements.
